Pfrollnhof in St. Pankraz

The Pfrollnhof is situated high above St. Pankraz with breathtaking views of the Ulten valley and the imposing mountain world. The Hillebrand-Wenin family is looking forward to spoiling you with culinary treats from the farm and its fields and genuine home-baked bread.

Speck, smoked sausage, smoked beef, home-made salami, speck dumplings, cheese dumplings, liver dumpling soup, house sausage, sauerkraut, pork sausages and 'weisswurste' with potato salad, pancakes and omelettes. At weekends or on request goulash and roast pork or beef, poppy seed fritters, various cakes or strudel. In autumn game dishes. Juices: elderflower, lemon balm, blackcurrant, apple and grape.

Open from 7th May to mid November. Closed on Thursdays.

From the Gampenpass road (Perlklaring, coming from Lana 200 m before the pass) via paths 11 and 25 (1.5 hours) to the 'Pfrollnhof' farm.

Coming from Lana, turn left at St. Pankraz in the direction of Buchen and carry on 13 km along the road to the Pfrollnhof. A steeper and shorter route involves turning off 0.5 km after St. Pankraz in the direction of the sports ground and going up the road for 7 km.
