In 2004, 22 million litres of fresh milk, 78.3 million kg of yoghurt, 13.6 million kg of cheese, 20 million litres of UHT milk, 2.6 million kg of cream cheese, 3.8 million kg of butter and 2.5 million litres of fresh cream were produced.
