Unterschöpferhof in Pfalzen

The Unterschöpferhof farm is situated on the edge of the village of Pflalzen at an altitude of 1,050 m. Here, red spelt, oats and buckwheat have been cultivated, ground and sold on the farm for many years. You can watch the farmer grinding and also de-husking the corn and the fruit and berries around the farm provide excellent raw materials for sale on the farm and also for processing into juices, cordials and jams. The Graf family also rears cattle, fattens pigs and keeps turkeys, producing high quality meat that is sold on-site. The family also takes in Farm Holiday guests.
