The farm
The Stuixnerhof farm is located on a slope above Sterzing at 1,000m above sea level and enjoys magnificent views over the town of Sterzing and its surroundings. The farm is run in accordance with strict organic farming guidelines and work on the farm is definitely not easy due to its steeply sloping meadows. Besides illustrating daily farm life, milk processing is also shown on the Stuixnerhof farm.

Directions
From Sterzing, drive in the direction of the Brenner pass. Turn left at the Nord-Parkplatz carpark 200 m before the valley terminal of the Roßkopf gondola and after 200 m turn right into the Lahnstraße. Go along this road in the Raminges direction and the first farm is the Stuixnerhof farm. Buses can park in the Nord-Parkplatz carpark and it is 10 minutes' walk from there to the farm.
