Erschbaumerhof in Ritten

The Erschbaumerhof farm is situated on the sunny plateau of the Ritten, in the village of Unterinn. In 1993 the Lobis family decided to turn their own milk into cheese and other dairy products. Thanks to the skill of the farmers, products from the Erschbaumerhof are now well-known for miles around. All the milk and a part of the farm's meat is processed on the farm and sold there or at the farmers' market and in selected stores.
